Delivery - terms and conditions.

‚ÄčThe goods ordered will be delivered to the address you provide at the time you place your order. It is solely your responsibility to make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.

We aim to get order to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems.

Shipping times may vary and are subject to availability of stock. Our delivery time estimates are limited to mainland UK and may be subject to delays outside of our control.

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at the checkout.



Although Poppy's Pampas hopes to hear positive feedback, we know that some times things go wrong along the way. At Poppy's Pampas we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and we therefore accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us on Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, the customer is responsible for packaging the product in a way so that it does not get damaged during transit and for covering the cost of return shipping. Please email if you would like to exchange your item. 


Refunds are for your products only and therefore this does not include delivery fees. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please bare in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take clear images of your product as proof.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.

At Poppy's Pampas, certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
